Position Title: Reception and Education Support Officer Classification
Time Fraction: 0.6 EFT
Remuneration: $60,000 per annum full time (pro rata)

The Reception and Education Support Officer role is the initial point of contact for phone enquiries and visitors to Australian Chiropractic College Limited (ACC).
The role is responsible for general administration including responding to phone enquiries, data entry, record keeping, typing, filing, mail distribution, media, marketing and administration support to ACC’s Professional and Academic teams.
The key focus of this position will be to work as part of the ACC team providing professional, courteous and efficient services in order to enhance ACC’s reputation and student experience.
This role will perform duties in accordance with the rules, precedents and guidelines established by ACC and other accreditation bodies.
The Administration Officer – Reception and Student Services reports directly to the Corporate Services Manager and works closely with the Academic Registrar in matters related to prospective
and current students.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reception duties
• Provide first point of contact for prospective students, internal and external customers
• Provision of accurate and timely responses to prospective students, internal and external stakeholders
• Answer all incoming phone and email enquiries, forwarding on to relevant staff members where necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality on a broad range of sensitive and commercial in confidence matters
Student Administration
• Enter student enrolment data into the Student Management System.
• Support the Academic Registrar in the admissions process particularly in the tracking, database management, and communication with students
• Manage student queries (in person and via email) and escalate to the appropriate person
• Manage process for recording lectures and upload to Moodle
• Provide IT support to academic staff for online lecture recordings
• Maintain student records and policies in accordance with ACC policies, processes and procedures
General Administration
• Maintain G-Suite calendar of meetings and events
• Schedule online (Zoom) meetings
• Photocopy/print/file documents as required
• Collect and sort all incoming correspondence; deliver outgoing mail
• Word processing / formatting documents / sending correspondence as required
• Order and maintain stationary, and office supplies
• Maintain kitchen, office and staff room supplies
• Maintain meeting room and training room bookings
• Other support duties and errands as required by management
Marketing and Events
• Assist with coordination of events, functions, fundraising and marketing activities
