The Australian Chiropractic College offers innovative and contemporary courses for a new generation of chiropractors, responding to a growing public demand for holistic and collaborative care.

Adelaide Campus Location

The Adelaide campus is located at Level 2, 101 Grenfell Street, Adelaide. Adelaide consistently ranks highly as one of the most liveable cities in the world. The campus is close to public transport, popular cafes and restaurants, the bustling Rundle Mall and Central Market.

Campus facilities include an extensive library of physical collections and online resources, student lounge areas, quiet study rooms, kitchen facilities, lecture and tutorial rooms as well as access to additional academic support.

Melbourne Campus Location

The ACC Melbourne campus location is Level 7, 350 Queen Street. Located in the heart of Melbourne, Australia’s sports and arts capital, the campus is easily accessible by public transport.

At this campus, students can now undertake the Level 1 Diploma of Health Science, as well as Level 2 of the Bachelor of Chiropractic, with Levels 3 – 5 to follow.

The Library plays a key role in supporting excellence in learning, teaching, and scholarship by the ACC community, its students and staff, through the provision and promotion of recorded knowledge.

Research

The library provides a range of research tools and services. Do you need information for an assignment? Or are you just getting started on your research? Come and talk to Allison Cox, the librarian. She will help you to find relevant books, journals, and e-resources.

General Services

Borrowing, reference, journal articles and information for students, faculty, and staff.

Borrowing Items

All students and academic staff are already enrolled to borrow from the ACC Library. There is no library card issued: books are checked out under the borrower’s name. Unless otherwise indicated on the item, the standard borrowing period is 28 days.

Exceptions to this include items marked as Overnight Loan (due back the next day that the College is operating), or as Reference (not for loan – although there may be room for negotiation). Loans may be renewed if nobody else has reserved the item. 

Facilities

ACC provides: quiet study spaces, computers, internet access, photocopying and printing.

Document Delivery & Inter-Library Loans

Are you an ACC staff member or student requiring a journal paper or book we don’t hold in our library collection? Please send a request to the librarian by filling in one of these forms in accordance with the requirements of the Copyright Act.
